Whether opting for our 5-Hour Gin, Vodka & Rum making class or our 2-Hour Tour, Talk & Taste Session you're guaranteed an exclusive and memorable day. Plus, with our tailored packages, you can look forward to enjoying huge savings.
Our new group packages are designed to cater to special events, allowing you to book our distillery from Tuesday to Saturday accommodating up to 28 guests.
Gin Vodka & Rum School
A 5-hour experience that includes crafting your own Gin, Vodka or Rum, a distillery tour, an enlightening talk on the history of these fascinating spirits and tastings of Nelson’s award-winning creations. You and your guests will select from a variety of botanicals and distil your unique recipe to take home with you the very same day. A light lunch and refreshments are provided to complement the experience.
Our distillery offers 14 stills for either 14 individuals to distil their own creations or for up to 28 guests to enjoy the process together, two per still. This flexible arrangement makes our venue perfect for personal gatherings, allowing all participants to immerse themselves in the art of spirit making. When you book with us, the school becomes exclusively yours for the day, offering the freedom to customise your event with decorations, speeches, cake, and more, creating a truly tailored and memorable experience.
Tour, Talk & Taste
A 2-hour guided journey led by an expert, where you'll explore and sample our award-winning spirits. A unique insight into the world of Nelson's distillery.
Our venue can host up to 28 guests, requiring a minimum booking of 20. You're welcome to choose the spirit focus for your session, which will comprehensively cover all relevant aspects. The entire school is at your disposal, granting you complete freedom to tailor the event to your preferences.
